NARPRO is a network of family-owned, independent auto repair shops that have banded together because of their shared commitment to providing guaranteed service at reasonable prices. In recent years, the auto repair industry has changed. Large national chains dot the landscape and advertise as groups, putting traditional neighborhood repaid shops at a disadvantage. To compete effectively and affordably, independent neighborhood shops need their own marketing group. That group is NARPRO, cooperative marketing association for the independent repair industry.
