Since then, Sumo Sushi and Bento has gained a reputation as a successful family business through its commitment to providing high quality menus, a warm and relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. Sumo not only serves classic Japanese dishes like customer favorite Teriyaki Chicken Bento with Sumo's own homemade teriyaki sauce (made right in the restaurant) and the specialty favorite of Unagi Bento (freshwater eel); Sumo is also on the cutting edge of innovative new recipes as our head chef's continue to create fun, flavorful East meets West favorites.
